ELARIS was responsible for the complete organization and management of construction and finishing works on the H&M commercial property, including the coordination of all contractors and supervision of every phase of the process. The project covered preparatory works, structural interventions, finishing works, and full technical compliance of the space with the brand’s high standards. Special attention was given to efficiency, on-site safety, and precise execution to ensure that the facility is fully functional, aesthetically aligned, and ready for use without any deviation from the project documentation.
